Abstract

|
58-year-old man was admitted due to recurrent acute lymphocytic leukemia. During chemotherapy (with high dose Ara-C), he develped high fever and hemoptysis.
Chest PA and Chest CT revealed abnormality in
right lung field. He was examined with "´TcHMPAO WBC scan and right middle lung lobectomy was done after hematologic feature was improved. Pulmonary mucormycosis was confirmed by pathologic examination.
